My name is Vyara Ivanova and I’m 20 years old. This song is by my band from Bulgaria – Second To None and it’s called Mark My Words.
I first started playing drums and getting interested in music six years ago and during my High School years we formed this band. After graduation I wanted to continue playing the drums and take it in a more serious direction so I applied to Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). Today I’m at the end of my second year in the institute. I met some amazing people and formed Creepmouse. We just released our first EP ‘In Past Tense’ last month.
Moving forward, I will continue playing with all these wonderful people and much more. There is so much more to drumming that I want to continue exploring and I can’t wait to see what the future is holding. With my playing and music I hope to inspire more people to pick up the drumsticks.
