Hi I’m Alessia and I’ve been playing the drums most of my life. For the past 3 years I’ve been working on music reading, hand technique, dynamics, and speed. Drumming is something I’ve wanted to do ever since I can remember, and thankfully I had my drums during my most sad times. I lost my grandma to cancer then my grandpa too… I lost him 4 months after my grandma died, and then my parents divorced. It’s been a difficult time for me. Thankfully drumming gives me something to be proud of. It gives me strength and it makes me happy. It’s my desire to help other kids just like me that want to play the drums. I love teaching other kids the drums because I hope to give them something they can also be proud of.
