Hey there! I’m Karen Nash, and I’m a drummer, keyboardist, guitarist, bassist, vocalist and creative writer. My love for drumming began when I was 6 years old as it allowed me (a shy introvert) to have a voice in an extroverted field. This also gave me one of my favorite mantras, ‘Drumming is a loud voice for a quiet soul’.
I chose the track ‘A Quest for Pocket’ by NikKollective because not only is it groovy, but has also been played by The Pocket Queen, a drummer I look up to. The track is also full of dynamics and quite rewarding to play along to😊.
