Hi! I’m Ella. I am 9 and have been doing lessons since I was about 6 and playing with my kit for longer than that. My favourite things to do are dancing, painting with my best friend and drumming of course! I wanted to enter Hit Like a Girl because I wanted a fun challenge and to inspire, and be inspired, by other girls, like me!
I chose the song ‘Enter Sandman’ because of the fast tempo and crash hits an 8th note before the 1 and because I like the challenge!
Some of my favourite artists to play or listen to are Queen, Pink Floyd and Blondie. I had lots of fun making this video, I hope you have lots of fun watching it!
