Hi there! I’m Gabriella, an 8-year-old girl with a passion for drumming! My love for music began at three when I discovered my love for percussion instruments while playing with toy drums in preschool.
Thanks to my parent’s encouragement, I began taking weekly drum classes when I turned seven, and I now practice at home as often as possible. I enjoy experimenting with different beats and rhythms to create my unique sound, and playing my favourite songs always puts a smile on my face.
My role models are amazing drummers like Sheila E., Cindy Blackman, and Questlove, who inspire me with their incredible skills and creativity. I look up to them as great examples for young girls like me who want to pursue their passion for music.
Drumming makes me feel empowered, and I want to inspire other kids to try different instruments and experience the joy of making music. In addition to drumming, I enjoy participating in activities like choir, supporting seniors, art, rock climbing, paddle boarding, swimming, and skiing.
I’m excited to see where my love for drumming takes me, and I’m determined to continue positively impacting the world through my music and actions. Thank you so much for your support!
