Hi – My name is Natalie and I am 13 years old. At the ripe age of 3, I watched a Led Zeppelin video and from that point forward I was hooked! My dad and I positioned tupperware on the kitchen table and a set of chop sticks. Literally one week later, I was able to emulate a very unseasoned John Bonham. When my dad identified my passion, he signed me up at Chicago Music School one month later and it was full time drumming ever since. Now at 13, I can’t stop practicing, performing, creating, etc. By age 10, I was composing my own solos live as well as writing sheet music for adults to perform. Because of drumming, I have excelled in sports that focus on hand and eye coordination. With all my practicing in music, I still have time to get straight A’s in accelerated classes.
