Hi there! I’m a full-time software engineer and amateur drummer based in San Francisco. HLAG has inspired and motivated me immensely to become a better drummer since I started participating (this being the 3rd time).
I’m a huge fan of rock music in various forms (alternative, classic, funk… you name it!). Some of my favorite drummers include Chad Smith, John Bonham, Anika Nilles and John Densmore.
I’m participating in this year’s contest with a drum cover of Break on Through (To the Other Side) by The Doors, recorded on a drumless track that I created using Moises AI. I had a blast recording this cover (you can probably see it from my facial expressions), and I hope you have fun watching it too
